Workshop
We own well‑structured casting workshops, equipped with full‑automatic casting lines, including flask automatic conveying system, molding sand bin and drying room, to realize efficient and orderly production.
Equipment
We adopt premium core production facilities: Bonny resin‑sand production line, world‑class German ABP induction furnace, fixed molding machine, resin‑sand regeneration equipment, automatic feeding system and complete heat‑treatment trolley equipment.
Processing
We apply Bonny resin‑sand, ceramic‑sand and precision shell‑molding processes.
We produce valve castings, carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy‑steel workpieces, as well as export‑oriented wear‑resistant castings and Cr‑Mo steel liners with high dimensional accuracy and good surface finish.
Quality Control
Full‑set professional testing instruments are available, including German OBLF spectrometer, metallographic microscope, automatic impact tester, ultrasonic flaw detector and electro‑hydraulic servo universal testing machine.
We carry out comprehensive material inspection to guarantee stable and reliable product performance.
